Look around...there are a few things out there that will surprise ya.
yea i hate those spiders....and the shadow dwellers ( would be the little sparklies that suck your health while ya cant target them!, and they come through walls)...holy light takes them out though

Theres an insane creature left of the stygian dragon temple..
It hits for 100+

Another nice creature is in the very north of the underworld, in the spider nest, go check it out

trapdoor spiders are little mini heart attacks waiting to happen, aren't they
shadow dwellers are definitely in the "different and strange" category - the first time I ran into one, my first reflex was to submit out a bug report.
keep an eye on the void daemons.
wolf spiders are a shredding waiting to happen.
learn to hate the tangle roots in the underworld
oh - and look forward to shaking hands with the Slasher of Veils.
