transfert on us shard bug?

Two things come to mind.
First, the US shards were down when you wanted to transfer.
Second, if you have access to content that the US shards may not have it may not allow you to transfer. Thats a long shot but kind of like the origin shard. If they get new content on a publish and the rest of the shards hadnt yet I think you cant transfer until they do.
