Transfers Still Broken

I have been trying to transfer for the past week and still not working. I know they were down yesterday but should have been back up according to Stratics. I tried again this morning but it still not working. I started Transfer on Tuesday and now character is in limbo still after everything was suppost to be fixed.

Did you make sure you had room on transfering shard?

Also I found out this the hard way.. Check your item count.. seems if you have the 20% -60% extra bank space you cant transfer if your maxed out in all packies and bank and you.
The item count cant go over the limit even though you got the % gain. Might be oversite by Dev.

yes i have plenty of room on the shard. Im transfering From Oceania To Atlantic but when i use the token it gives me no shards to transfer too.
