transferring house issue

Has anybody else tried to transfer a house between two accounts that both have ml both have the pirates expansion and both bought the storage upgrade,yes i'm sure have checked it two times,but i get the message that this account is not entitled please reduce storage. is there a bug when you sell a house or something it does not see all your storage upgrades?

I have dealt with this issue recently myself. I think it´s been said that it came after HS was released.

What you need to do is to reduce the secures/lockdowns so their total goes below the house´s default storage. Not the storage you have after upgrading with 20,40, or 60%. You can use a house placement tool to see what that number is.

So just release some containers to reduce lockdowns, transfer house and then secure everything again.

Sent pms to devs on Oct 14, 2010 and also brought up the same issue on one of their livestream meets. Pm was received and acknowledged. Question was heard and the team went off air and camera to discuss it at the feed. No idea why the secrecy over this problem. It's definitely a pain to work around trying to find enough space when trading and moving.

Indeed this has been a HUGE issue since HS was released and has yet to be addressed or fixed.

Somewhat like a dozen other issues, to include the loss of being able to see jewelery on your paperdolls in the EC, the way the EC now shows weird things on males and females.... such as female armor on males, male armor on females, and not showing the gargoyle talons...

And they added the ability to be "co-owned" to up to 10 houses but didn't add more co-owners to a house.... so you can only have 10 co-owners on your house. *grumbles*.


Just add this to the huge and ever growing list of things that need fixed... I'm sure they will get to it maybe in 2020..... if UO lasts that long.
