I'm planning on doing a full paid transfer from Baja to Origin this weekend or on Monday. I'm moving over an old tamer character I have had forever on Baja. She'll be able to bring a few loaded pack animals and she also has some empty stable slots if someone needs a pet transferred.

As of this evening, it looks like Origin is available as a transfer destination, so hopefully it stays available thru the weekend.
