transfer/char copy to test shard - is it broke?

i've tried for over a week now to transfer/char copy to the test shard. is it broke? user error? fix it please???

I tried as well and was not able to copy over. You must have broke it!..LOL

They usually turn off transfers to test shard before and after a patch to prevent anything bad from happening, like someone figuring out how to dupe items by transferring to test shard or something like that. Since they just released the IDOC patch they may not be ready to turn on the test shard transfers just yet.
