Transcendence and Alacrity Scrolls

Hi,

I have a couple questions about how these scrolls are used.

Can the same character use multiple Scrolls of Transcendence for the same skill or do they have to be combined with a Scroll Binder for a one time use?

Is there a limit on how many times the same character can use a Scroll of Alacrity for the same skill?

You can eat as many as you like. Doesn´t have to be binded.

No.
