[Buying] Trammel keep

Good evening,

Wandering around I have seen some keeps for sale and have submitted some offers. Not having any luck. Looking for a trammel keep, location and surrounding area not a huge concern. Even be willing to pay someone to show me a location I could place my Own. I have wandered high and low and have found no land. I am sure that the space is highly coveted. Just thought I would check on here.
