Trammel -Abyss pass through

I can't seem to get the key from under the orb in the key room. It says that I cannot think of any reason to take the key. Did I miss something along the way?

Are you trying to grab it or double-click it?

Double click it; it'll make a (timed) copy which will appear in your backpack.

Holy crap!!

Damn that's a weird issue....I can't think of what you haven't done. Maybe you need to read the books first? Are you lifting the globe by flicking the switch? Maybe you can see the key but not manipulate until the globe is lifted?

Damn, I don't know.

It might have to do with where you are standing or if the rise/fall animation of the covering object is currently running.

Set your Object Handles to Dynamic Objects and use Ctrk-Shift and see if it works by double clicking the object handle.

If I remember correctly you HAVE to read the book first. ALways look for a journal in the room.
