Was able to set a plot for the smallest 3 story house, 14x9, west of Trinsic near the coast. Sectant degrees: 136o 8' S, 0o 4' W.
I am selling this plot for 6 million in gold.
Here is my pitch! IDOC is supposed to be reinstated, soon, and while that will increase the land use for setting larger houses (and bring down the current prices on housing most likely) the real profit is in the loot dropped from the IDOC housing.
How many secure items can you hold on your 7x7 plot, this 14x9 has over 1500.
That a lot of rares, artifacts, and other goodies you would otherwise have to leave to other players to pick up when your bank and tiny house fill up.
