training parry

its been a while since i've had to train parry on a character but i've decided to make a ore elemental slayer...

i am currently using the sheep method and i haven't gained in parry for a while.

my skill is currently at 65.3.

i am using the virtue armor set and a buckler.

any tips for speeding this along?
