Training chivalry and bushido

I have to train my paladin samurai. So my aim during training is to maximise karma and honor.
For that I follow a very similar path to the one I use for my tamers :
as soon as possible daemon room, then following progress
- white wyrm ( and a little swoop)
- destard GDs
- miasma
I finish normally with a nice karma and knight of honor.
Would you know and use a faster way ?

I just go and hunt demons at the demon temple on fire island. Two spawn at once and then they re spawn pretty much instantly.

Go to felucca, things give more fame and more karma - so killing thrasher in the blighted grove gives more fame/karma than Miasma I beieve.

Ilshenar Blood Dungeon, balrons. Very fast karma gain

For honor and fame - Trasher. For karma - demons/balrons.

Thanks for your tips. I rarely go to blood dongeon and blighted grove, this will change. I did not know either the fel bonus for fame and karma (I thought it was reserved to resources)
