Training Bushido - Skill Gain

My Samurai has 90+ Bushido gained through normal game play and I'd like to just get the rest of the points completed so I've been trying to find the information on how to blue train with a horse. I've read it somewhere before but can't find it in the FAQ or with search...
Can someone outline the process for me?
Also: Currently he rides a bonded swamp dragon. Could he train against this mount or should he purchase a horse?

EDIT: Is it possible to gain Lumberjacking and Bushido at the same time if using a hatchet? These last 4.5 points of LJ are being a pain to complete. Thanks

Not sure about lumberjacking, bushido yes. Go to Trammel, or other similar ruleset shard, tell the horse to guard you and start attacking. If they haven't changed the code, the horse should never take damage and you should gain skill.

That only works if you are not in a guild. Otherwise you kill poor horsey!
