Trading Tiles Question

Is there some forum that I'm missing concerning people trading virtue tiles received from completing the Black Gate quest. I know the developers (somehow) think it was a great idea to randomly give you a title (instead of allowing you to choose one), and not allow you to trade across shards, and make them only one per character, but it kind of screws people over that have completed it seven times and only have three unique ones, like me.

I spot checked the shard trade forums, and the holiday trade forum, and the non-rares trade forum, but can't find anything. I'm on a low population shard (Napa) so am going to need some help.

And by he way...screw Mesanna and Kyronix for thinking any of the restrictions they put on these was a good idea...

I'm in the same boat on Napa. I tried chat, but with more limited playtime these days I haven't caught anyone yet. I have Humility, Honor, Sacrifice, and Honesty for trade, need Spirituality, Valor and Justice.

It should've been 8 times *per account*, not once per char. Then everyone has a good shot at a full set & folk can trade for the ones they don't have. And if anyone needs honesty on Europa, gimme a shout; I have that one 'spare' and am happy to trade it for anything else if it helps someone towards a full set.

Folks, if the main discussion is going be "I have X tile and need Y tile on Shard Z", then Trader's Hall is more appropriate for those types of comments. Please post any buying/selling/trading notes there.

So, people don't like others explaining their frustrations with the process and asking for a little help because it's not in the trade forum. Give me a break. 90% of the posts in UHall are off topic, but Heaven forbid that someone asks for help. Get a grip...

So let me spell this out for you... If all the Trading were done here in UHall then why have a trading forum?

And furthermore, if all the Trading were done here in UHall... How would anyone find out about new things happening? Important bugs and issues? They wouldn't because that would constantly be falling to page 2 or 3 because people would be perpetually posting selling this, trading that in here and important information would be pushed to the next pages... Not to mention most of us who aren't trading or selling stuff would have to wade through 100 posts a day about stuff we have zero interest in when all we want to know is what is happening in-game and we want to stay on top of current issues... which would become impossible if they were constantly being drowned out by selling and trading posts...

That said while something is new and current I see the desire to want to reach out and not have to go to a separate forum for that... but remember if everyone followed the guidelines then everyone else looking to trade would be there as well...

Sometimes you are better of asking in Gen Chat in-game... trying to catch others while they are on and can trade with you.

Maybe ask in general or help chat on Atlantic if anyone is interested in trading on Napa? Many people who spend most of their time on the smaller shards also check in on Atlantic.

Yes, I wouldn't want to clutter UHall so that people couldn't read new posts about things happening where certain people make a point out of complaining about every single aspect of the game in every post. Clearly a waste of space on UHall. You act as though there are twenty of thirty new topic posts a day so that one post, that begins with "I don't see any activity for trading these on the Trade forums" would cloud all of the REALLY important posts...about a game...that some Stratics readers clearly hate...

I get it, there are Trade forums. Let's keep this in perspective. People complaining about this is more a matter of form ("there are Trade forums for trading"), than reality (no one will ever be able to see the real important *cough - it's a game - cough* topics, even though there is no risk of that happening). Plus, let's face it, the people that are reading the forums extensively are doing so out of boredom; they'll find the "important" information...

Serious question... it happens... If I have a guy that hasn't claimed the tile yet can I abort the quest and do all the quests again on the same guy? As far as shard bound goes, I'm not really a fan but that stuff is hard to come by on Legends if you don't get them yourself. So there's some pride in having them knowing I just didn't go grab them on Atlantic.

You can not repeat the quests. You can cancel and start over. But you can only get the quest item one time.
