You can trade a house that has rental vendors on it.
However, as soon as the trade is done, all rentals are then automatically set to expire. So the new house owner has to go through each vendor and set them to renew. And I believe each individual vendor owner may have to do the same to their vendor, altho i'm not 100% sure on that part.
