Trading my Tram Castle for Fel Castle

Would use Kiss as the broker or SupSoc. My tram castle is on Ice Isle Tram

I want one in fel, preferably one where my Keep used to be that fell. I loved that location. But my only requirement is that it be a quiet place near water.
