Hey all,
I have an 18x18 max storage space house that I would like to trade. Its location is in Malas, in the Crystal Fens area. To me, everything is about location, so I want to trade this house for another of the same size (or perhaps just a tiny bit smaller) in a better location. To sweeten this deal, I will throw in some extra money for the location and hassle. The better the location, the more money I will throw in!
So if you are interested, please let me know and contact me so we can work something out. My preference is either waterfront property and/or no neighbors or otherwise secluded plots of land. It does not need to be near a town or other point of interest.

Edit: I wanted to add that I would also be open to just outright buying a new 18x18 in a good location for straight up gold if a trade is not desired. I can always just sell my 18x18 for gold as well, so it's no biggie if this is what needs to be done. It might make things easier, actually.
