Trading house with vendors inside?

Okay,

Two questions.

Can you trade a house with vendors on the outside?

I tried trading as test run and it said I cant trade with vendors on the INSIDE?

I will remove the inside guys, they are mine.

I have 2 vendors on the outside I rent.

I am hoping I dont have to clear all the outside vendors. That would be a pain.

You can transfer a house with rented vendors, but you have to remove your personal vendors first, since they don't use rental contracts, the new owner wouldn't have any control over the vendor.

Also the new owner will have to set all the contracts to renew again, and the owners should also check them.
