trading a house

if i were to reactivate an old account, could i transfer a house to a character on that account or do i have to wait 15 days since i just reactivated the account? im talking about pre-existing characters not new ones, just curious if reactivating an account resets the characters to 0 days or something

As long as the characters on the reactivated account are at least 15 days old, from the time they were created you can transfer a house to them.
