[Moderator please sticky this thread] Below is the example of the township form letter, with the next post being an example from a complex issue regarding the ACT township. Please post if there are any questions, or email us!


TOWNSHIP FORM LETTER FOR CONCERNS REGARDING TOWNSHIP INITIATIVES. (Please note that if your commendation was donated to you, place that person’s name instead of a township citizen’s name)
Name of your Township:

Name of it’s Leadership:

Location of your township: (If possible, give in X Y Z coordinates and facet. If not, Facet and Sextant coordinates. Do this any time coordinates are requested.) [Please note that this should be either where your teleporter at the teleport hub delivers you, or where you wish it to deliver you to.]

Is your concern with a banner?

If yes, is this for a banner’s creation?

If yes, place the proposed banners coordinate location here:

Now please attach the file containing your proposed banner’s detailed image with item ID numbers acquired from InsideUO to this form letter when you email it.

If not, and this is in regards to a banner’s corrections, please attach an image along with notes showing what is in error on your banner. Please also put your banners coordinate location here:

Is your concern regarding a healers hut?

If so, please place the proposed coordinate location for your healers hut to be placed here:

Now please also place which of your townships citizens earned your healer’s hut commendation here:

If your concern is regarding a currently existing healer’s hut, please detail your problem here:

Is your concern regarding a stable?

If so, please place the proposed coordinate location for your stable to be placed here:

Is your concern regarding the teleport hub?

If so, please attach the proposed banner design for your teleport hub symbol along with this form letter in your email. Make CERTAIN that the topmost township location is where you wish your teleporter to send you to from the hub.

Is your concern regarding an already existing teleport hub location? If so, please detail the concern here.

Gold skull does not currently teleport upon double click back to the teleport hub as intended. Green statues should be placed one tile East (One X coordinate forward) so they sit on the steps. *Image would be attached in an actual email*

15o43’S 41o41’W Trammel (730 1803 0) is where stable needs to be placed. Current Stable located at 94o56’N 3o30’W Malas (1273 544 -90) needs to be demolished.
