Town Loyalty/New Mag. Bazaar question

Does anyone know how the Town Loyalty will affect people coming to New Magincia to buy from the Bazaars and Player Vendors?

If someone has negative loyalty with New Magincia, will they still be able to shop there?

Or will it not be affected?

Not 100% sure, but I think it only applies to npc city vendors, and not the player controlled ones, so we who own stalls in the Bazaar and other player owned vendors should be fine, I guess we will not really find out until around next week sometime.
