You keep working loyalty to maintain adored until Publish 75 hits... then you go buy it.

What do you mean "until" ??

After the publish it ain't possible to raise loyalty ?
It cannot be................

If he is trying to get the banner - he can not get it "UNTIL" the publish goes live. If he wants to go farther he certainly can since there will be other rewards later.

Yes, Pub is on Drachs and i can still just gain Loyalty as before.
