I'm new player, wanna play UO and have some questions.
Which class is better for start: tamer or samurai vampire character? If tamer what kind of, mage\bard\archer?
I have 125 ping to atlantic and 45 for europa, but europa suffer from low online, 125 ping is it high or normal for PvP?
Where I can farm gold for items and scrolls, at high seas quests or better land farm (where?)
Also, what to do first after training skills and stats? Which monsters I can beat?

You can still PVP with 125 ping but it will feel a little more sluggish than what it would be if you were playing Europa. Atlantic is the most populated shard and since the majority of the players are American they will be have the advantage as far as speed. As far as templates go, it really is up to the person and what they like to play. Best bet would be to find a guild to join and they can walk you through templates that fit what your wanting to do and play style, just remember that a lot of the PVP guilds on Atlantic are pretty big compared to the other shards and they may or may not be willing to take on a completely new person to the game.

I do have some items (leather armour mostly) stuck in a house on Atlantic that I could give you. I haven't played on Atlantic for about 5 years now.

The Sampire would be easier to train - Taming is a very time-intensive skill to train up.

For training and farming gold, start in one of the Trammel dungeons - Despise or Shame (Shame is South of Yew along the coast, Despise is north of Britain). Check the Atlas on the main UO Stratics site for maps on getting there. Slowly work your way deeper to tougher creatures as you train. Start with the upper level of despise, and if the lizardmen are too easy, either go downstairs to the ettins, or go to shame for the earth elementals. As for the lizardmen, you can cut spined leather off them, cut the hide balls up to make cut leather, and sell the leather in bulk to tailors (holding a skinning knife in your hand and using it for the skinning will bypass the scissors step, and a butcher's War Cleaver will do it even when not held).

Once you get better trained, you have other options for gold, like the Trammel ruleset champ spawns located in Ilshenar and Tokuno (which drop some of the pink skill scrolls you use for instant skill gains). Get a bag of Sending and make some friends, and the gold will be plentiful from defeating the bosses of those (plus it will familiarize you with the spawns, as much of PvP are at the Fel equivalents located in Fel dungeons and the Lost Lands, which have less spawn, but the ever-present danger of raids).
