ToT Turn In ?

I need a quick answer to this please.

Does the ToT turn in of lesser drops for higher items still work I know the items don't drop anymore but just thought I'd ask if the turn in still works as I have found a stash of lesser items.

yes it still works, but new ones wont be spawning unitl they turn the ToT back on

If I remember correctly though, the dyes have all been changed to muted colors and is it 10 uses? I forget... but the rest of the rewards still work. Can anyone confirm this?

Sweet, I got several partially used minor dyes from an IDOC awhile back, good to know they can be turned in, thanks!

Wait ... the 10-charge dyes (old bright or newer dull) are the majors that are the rewards of the turn-ins. I'm talking the 1-charge dull minors that dropped from monsters.
