A bit of patacake on the front door is the answer.
Is that the place with the white fire fields and a paralyze field stopping you from going further down the corridor?
If it is, there are two plaques, one on the west side and one on the east side of the corridor. Stand infront of the west plaque and say "ord" then stand infront of the east plaque and say "an-ord", it dropped the fields for me.

How do you get in from the opposite direction, past the guardians?
as far as I know there is no reverse access at this time, there is a discussion about this also on the beta boards.

Draconi answered in my other thread. The quest from the Trammel side does not exist on Retribution.
