Tokuno Dye Turn-In Question

Hey guys I've got a quick question. Is the actual neon dyes set still available for the turn-in in tokuno? Here's why I asked. I turned in 10 minors after the event was over and all I got was a pick of 1 non-neon color (I took the rose, my son loves it.) I'm still mad about it. It showed the full set of neon dyes and just screwed me.

I'd appreciate any help you guys can give me.

no. No dyes are available as major (turn in items).. of any set, neon (50 uses) or metal (10 uses).

Isn't the event 30 days long? I have read that the metal and neon dyes are no longer offered as a major reward.
