Found one on a vendor, never seen them before. I tried to search on it but found nothing. Where do they come from? They look like the old school tram/fel moonstones.

They come from the new player intro (when using the KR client). Common/deco.

Actually, they are strange artifacts that you dig out of the ground with the help of a clandestine orginization loyal to Lord Blackthorn, Later you end up in Paupa where you burn a man at the steak.
