Token not showing up in backpack

I get the message but the holiday token is not there. I am way under weight and have less than 10
items in my backpack. So far this is on 2 different accounts and 4 different characters. Any advice?

Double check that you are logging in with a patched client. Sometimes with new art, it doesn't show up if you use the old client.exe

log out and back in, sometimes take s a few log in tries

What was weird it was only on Napa...all the other shards were fine. Will wait till tomorrow and see
if it fixes itself. No issues anywhere else.
