Just a reminder for those of you (like me) who are used to UO just patching and working (after a couple of "Allow" clicks perhaps, but nothing exciting) that today's patch may actually require you to run the program itself in admin mode.
For sake of ease, if your patch fails (it'll download, but then give you a patching error), right-click whatever you use to launch the client (to be safe, don't use UOA, just launch directly) and then choose "Run as admin..." from the context menu.
It should work like a charm. (If it doesn't, don't blame me... just trying to help... hehe)
