Just a little fyi might save you some vendors fees.
Whoever you looted arcane boots off, made by me, isn't likely to pay 1200gp for them when they can buy new ones at less than half that a few steps away.
Pet balls can only be bought from ground level unless sold in a bag or if the purchaser can reach the level they're on. Or are you keeping those there to taunt the owners of BeetleJuice and Bakin?
