Log off the game walk outside and get some air and then send a PM to Dev and I am sure all will be better. Handle it in game with the powers that be.
My 2 cents which doesnt mean much but its the right thing to do. Its a game dont let it upset you or cause stress.
Don't make me log on and get in game and straighten this shard out! I will do it!

Some points of advice for you Jirel.
1)Dont try to lump FSB as some spawn stealing foul mouthed kids in one group. A member here or there may be rude, but as a whole that guild is Upstanding. And you tried to call the entire guild out on UHALL...So not awesome. Also, considering they are the one of the biggest guilds/alliances on legends, I dont know what you have to gain by trying to slander them.
2) When someone dosnt agree with your point of view, dont get all pissy and start flaming them, especially when you go over there to cry.
3) I also wouldtn start off a thread by saying I HAVE A JOB AND A REAL life...most of us do, and you just alieante most of the player base.
4) Screaming LAWSUIT LAWSUIT because someone stole your ONLINE VIDEO game spawn and called you names makes you look, well, silly.
5) If little stuff like this makes you blow up and cry, maybe you should find a new hobby, or a new game like the Sims or something.
6) And last but not least, you dont own spawns. You dont actually own anything in this game.

First and foremost FSB is a well known and upstanding group. I am also proud that they are part of the ELV Alliance. This sounds like a blip from one of their members and/or a situation that got out of hand because of actions of both parties rather an a guild issue. Their GM is out of town for awhile and may not be able respond. (speaking of real life)
Games, like life, require balance. This is indeed a game played by real people and one never knows that is going on with the person behind the screen.
It is in the end what you choose to make of it. Sometimes an offer to share..or a welcome diffuses the problem and wins you a friend in the process rather than an enemy. Sometimes it takes a move to another location to keep your inner peace. Sometimes ...we are at the end of the rope and we blow! It then takes some personal repair..and some times relationship repair to get things back in balance.
In the end it's your call.
In my world...a really bad scene with Kinkae Prowler was resolved to friendship. Well placed invitations to join..or share have brought me both good karma and good friends.

If you dont like it go to the fel side. If some one runs there mouth there you can try to kill them or you die. Point being problems are easyly fix with a fast kill.
My personal rule of etiquette in a ToT event is that it's ok to camp a spawn until you get a drop. After that, if you're going to stay, the polite thing to do is yield the area the next time you see someone run through.
Legends is not a crowded shard. There's no reason to get possessive of one spot and there's no need to rush anyone away from a spot.
Anyway, I hope everyone is enjoying the event (personally, I burned out quickly and have been barely logging in this last week)

Most of you know me and the type of person I am. I,ve read what you all said and thank you all for your opinions. The problem is things did not happen the way the story was told. Let me explain.
You yourself admit you left the spawn. I showed up and my dragon went to work. You were not at the spawn so when you came back you stole my spawn. You were the rude one that came back and said it was your spawn.You also threatened me with the old "ill call a gm". I said go ahead ill wait here for him. I even stabled my dragon and waited attacking nothing. Yes I waited not attacking for well over an hour for the gm to show. I would ask once in a while where we were in the Que. Then hide and wait. Is this harrassment? Also i was the one and only Guild member there except for another of my charactor who stopped by to drop off regs and food for my stabled pet.

You left the part out where you told me the GM said he would look into in an automated response. You left out I then left you with the spawn for many hours not returning. You left out the part when many hours passed I returned to see if the spawn was empty and you then verbally harrased me. Thats when I started casting EVs. Me alone One charactor. No guildies as you put it.
I never cussed at you and i never called you names. I did however accuse you of jumping my spawn.
I apologize to my Guild if this has caused them any trouble or grief.
