could you test if you use HPR and see if you stop loseing hp?

might not be able to stop.. but can off set it... regain it as fast as you lose it about.. it takes 3-5 in one shot, not negitive HP regen

(edit: note: you also lose LOTS of karma for wearing it. I went from Glorious to Wicked ... no messages of losing karma)

You also lose an A$$load of Stamina. i put mine on my archer and she went from 141 stamina to 85 immediatly.
Completely useless item to anybody that swings or shoots a weapon.
But i imagine my mage would freaking love it!
