Timer on Moving a Prebuilt Tower

I placed a Large Tower this evening, and I would like to move it 1 tile to the west from where it is placed. Do I have to wait 7 days and drop it to move it, or is there a way I can move it now?

There is the resize command but the safest thing is to wait 7 days before using it. I know many people have never had a problem resizing a house right after they place but the last time I tried the command dropped my old house but wouldn't let me replace/resize with the 7 day message timer.

Update: I resized the Large Tower 1 hour after it was placed and everything worked the way it is suppose to per this link.
