Time Table for Magincia ?

I read the Publish notes and I could not find a Time Table.

I mean, it says when it is all supposed to start and what the Publish contains but I could not read for how long the purchasing of tickets will be allowed (i.e. when the dealine is....), as well as when the ruffle will take place, how the winners will know it and so forth.

Is there any other link where something official can be found about these additional informations ?
