Time Lords comeing through to Britannia??

Working ona bit of karma I seen a Timelord name in Hyloth then the red stranger appeared. I seen teh name time lord and came running to catch a glimpse of him but he disappeared before i got there.

Is there some sort of diologue when the time lord brings the strangers or am i just reading to much into this event?

I haven't heard of anyone else seeing a stranger spawn so it's hard telling.

You could be right about the time lord saying something though would be nice if someone happened to catch it.

I don't think anybody has noticed the Time Lord show up with the Strangers yet.

Could be something new, or might've just been a mistake.
