Throwing

Any advice on leveling throwing? I haven't seen any guides out there other than talking about a skill ball. Not sure what that is.

I've been trying acid slugs in Underworld. That got me to about 25.1 but seem stuck now.

Slugs are too high for 25 skill I think.
Slimes are lower.

Can kill the orges and stuff in the haven mine to get to 50 then do slugs.

It says Melee training, but I've found this works for Archery / Throwing too.

Get ring and bracelet with throwing skill and hit acid elementals while they are equipped. Remove them as you gain skill. You can get to 120 throwing with acid elementals.
