Throwing special mortal strike

I cant get this special to work on throwing weapons, is anyone else having this trouble? The rest of the specials work just not mortal strike, also im legendary throwing and so far throwing is nothing to archery, archery is far superior and much better.

mortal strike is broken has been since beta...it was reported but never fixed.if you have not submited a bug report plz do so they may have forgot to fix it again.
