Thrower template help

I was thinking of running with this
Template for a garg thrower pvp build

120 throwing
120 anatomy
120 tactics
120 resist spells
120 ninjitsu
100 healing

Is that a solid build or am i missing some potential

Also my suit has 45 hci 45 dci 30 ssi 70 resists tons of stam and hp

What arties shud i be running with i have cold eater boots and veil wings

Any info wud help
