Anyone know if these things are still spawning in Mag? I've killed well over 100 and have not received one .

Last I checked they were still dropping. Which ones are you killing and how are you killing them?

killing the corrupted with dexxer, tried the spirit speak ones too and nothing. not sure what char to use to kill the ones who walk threw screaming OoOoo's so have not tried them.

you're not supposed to kill the forsaken souls, only the corrupted souls

corrupted souls = kill
forsaken souls = cast exorcism
disturbed souls = use spirit speak

Your killing them the correct way. Red ones can be killed any way, gray ones by using exorcism, and yellow ones by spirit speak. I usually get good drops on the gray ones and the red ones are a little slower.

Grey are fastest, red aren't too bad, drop rates on the yellows is sssslllllooooowwwww.

I was just out trying to get some more threads to restock my vendors as well and did not get a single drop in about 30 minutes...

I know how to get them as Ive sold hundreds of them, just seems something has changed.

I farmed enough to convert 15 robes just yesterday.. so that's.. ugh... 150 threads of all 3 varieties~!

Well I must have had a run of bad luck, just went back in and killed 12 corrupted souls and got 4 threads of fate.. RNG!!!Damn You!

Did they up the drop rate on the red ones? I haven't tried for threads of fate in a while, cause I always got a crazy slow drop rate on my warrior. Like 1/8 or 1/10 dudes. Just took forever, and I'm really slow on that character already. Not to mention all the running away and healing I would have to do, lol.

it's amazing. I have zero problems getting drops on threads of life or thought (spirit speak and exorcism), but I cannot get *anything* in the way of threads of fate. I've been killing corrupted souls for an hour without a single drop

edit: I should add if this has any affect that I've been killing the souls on my low karma tamer (necro) with a GD
