Anyone know what this is? It looks like a shield, but humans and Gargoyles cannot equip it. It is a blessed item with no magical properties. Looks like a blue buckler. Searched the item database but get no results. The item was discovered in loot just today.

I THINK There is a quest that requires it, as I remember doing it once. Either that, or a quest refers to Thorvald but didn't require the medallion in its final form.
