[Price Check] Thinly Scattered "Hay"

I'm curious how much this thinly scattered "Hay" is worth. There's someone on my server (Pacific) trying to sell it for about 12.5 mil, claiming it's a server birth rare. Is this true and if so is that price anywhere near correct?

One has been on an atl vendor at 8.25m or so for over a month.

I'd say between 10m-15m is about average for thin hay.

You can find them cheaper as Shul said!
