It's on the South Road right next to the city.
How much is a house in this location worth?

The last few homes I know of that have changed ownership in Tokuno have been either given away, fell as IDOCs or sold in the under 1 mil range.

Doesn't mean they are not worth considerably more, but that has been my experience in the past few months.
