Thinking of returning - But Housing ?

Hi All
Thinking of coming back to UO & Europa after a 'rest' of 7 years.

But I remember how much I hated running life out of a bank box, & how hard it used to be to place a house.

So an idea please of how easy (or otherwise) it is to place a small house in Tram

Smaller houses , very easy indeed if you don't want to be right next to a town or moongate, and even then is unlikely to be a big problem

Make that castle only... Plenty keep spots around.

plenty of felluca keep spots....no tram ones unless u want a swamp one....but plenty room for 18x18s in trammel...and malas is all but deserted now
