Thinking about moving here

Is there any housing available? After running around for an hour, I didn't really find anywhere in Malas or Tram where I could place anything decent, maybe 7x7 but thats about it. Is Fel even worth looking at?

How much are Tram and Malas plots going for medium to lg size? How about Fel for the same?

Dont know about medium sized houses but max storage houses depending on location and size range from 10mil to 25mil is what Ive heard..Im currently trying to sell an 18x16 in malas near Umbra located in the desert but have had no luck selling it yet at 18 so probably will have to drop it down to 15 to see if I can get a buyer.

There are many places in Trammal and Malas that will hold a mid-sized plot. I have helped three younger/returning players located places and actually found three in the 10x13 range within 3 screens of my home in Malas. They are out there!

Options in Fel are even better with larger available plots scattered around. It is well worth looking and finding one!

Should you decide to buy, a typical 18x18 (average location) in Trammel rulesets have been going for 18 to 20 mil recently.

Malas and Trammel homes, 18x18, with no spawn and a clear front can sell for 18 to 20, as Tazar said. Tokuno homes in the countryside are about the same. Homes closer to Luna or along the roadside in Malas can go for 25. Makoto homes go for around 50 mil. I've seen Ter Mur homes marked for 50 to 200 mil. Homes inside the Luna walls, around 700 mil.

Wow thats a lot, not sure if its just the difference in economy or if gold is easier to come by now than when I last played, probably a combination of both but way out of my price league. I guess I will have to give it more thought. Thanks!

Well, consider this, though. While prices are generally higher on Atlantic, stuff typically sells for more gold, as well. It's a sellers market. If you're good at BODs (for POF) or collecting imbuing ingredients, you'll have 10 or 15 mil in no time. Also, if you cart some stuff over from your current shard, it'll probably sell for more over here.

yep max secure and 18x18s can be abit high. I do know where you can place a 16x11 or a 11x16. I know its not a large house with max secure but least a good starter size house. if youd like to see the locations just let me know of a good day or time to meet ya in game or if you have Icq just send me your number PM wise.


*Edit* A 14x16 in Malas just opened up as well its a hard placement but will fit perhaps even a 15x16 could fit there.
