Hehe. This is always a commonly asked question.Ive looked in all the towns and cannot locate him. I need the stealthing skill. Can someone tell me where he is?
Best place to look for them are small towns such as Skara Brae, Cove or Moonglow. I always go to Skara Brae since it's easy
Could try Luna as well.
They always have the yellow names with Thief Guildmaster following their initial name.
