I don't think many EM's are still giving those out, no. But, I am not 100% sure on that.

If you show up at the guild hall when they have pre-announced, yes, they give them out to EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE. In so far the poor EM's get overworked trying to make certain that every person attending gets one. As far as I know EMs on every shard gave them out before and after the Clanin memorial.

They are given out without people's names on them because people whined and cried that THEY didnt get one and it wasnt fair and and that the EM obviously favored 10 other people who were quicker then them over them and EVERYONE who is there should get items and EM items are overpowered and BLAH BLAH BLAH.

JUST WAIT FOR THE NEXT ''MEET AND GREET'' on your shard... they have had intialy had 2 of these events giving out the sash!!!!... and due to peoples real work constraints iam sure they plan to have more... at the last one on europa......u still did get the usual naked chars from shard hoppers relogging and logging to claim more and more which as got to be discourged somehow...................

Yeah if ya want one, be a lot cheaper to just participate in the events on your shard.

I got one from EM Eira on Sonoma, first day, saw EM Stardancer another time and he also tried to give me a sash, turn it down, told EM Stardancer I did not need another sash, one was enough, the first sash I locked down at my vendor/museum house.

There been times when I been around on an alt char and was ask if I wish to have a sash and I have turn them down every time as I don't need it. I am not into collecting sashes, besides the Counslor hall, on Sonoma, has all the sashes on Display for the entire shard to see.

The EMs are still here, and as far as I know, every time an EM has given out those kind of sashes they've done so by giving them to everybody during pre-announced events. Considering how generic the item is, I wouldn't be surprised
at all if they gave out more in the future.

Unless you have some crazy reason you really want one NOW, don't give anybody more than twice the gold it would cost to get a normal sash from an NPC tailor for one.

Im guessing the price is so expensive because its from a different shards EM. Lots of people have X-sharded the diff EM names and are a charging a premium to do so.

I dont know about other shards, but I was there from start to finish and THEN SOMe (5 hrs total) at the Clanin Memorial event on Napa where they were last given out. Mesanna was even there at one time. No one ever mentioned that they would not be given out again.

I ended up with two from one EM and one from the other, and gave the duplicate away to someone who arrived late, so as to save the poor EM from making another, as he was flat worn out from it.
