Arcane Circles are bugged. The placement on the enhanced client does not match the classic client. Also the enhanced client pre-patch design was better (it used to show the floor underneath the circle).

which one is actually centered as far a casting a circle goes that might be important info for the devs

Casting for the arcane circle:
Classic client - stand in the center of the circle.
Enhanced client - stand one step below the center (South-East of center).
Also after casting arcane circle the graphic pops over the player. Enhanced client - stand one step below the center (South-East of center).
