They changing runic kits? making them better?

I heard theres a patch coming out that is going to mkae all the runic kits produce better items... is that true? and where can I read about this?

Only the Smithing and Tailoring runics. Bowcraft & Carpentry are staying the same. If you do a search on Wilki's posts, you'll find the one on the runic changes.

I wonder if these changes are going foward since Wilki isn't moving to Va. with the UO team?

Yeah, they're still going in. Wilki had finished them before the announcement.
