There are no Memorable Moments on Sonoma?!?

Announcements have been made for all the North American, European, & Australian shards but no new stories for the past 2 days. And the Herald hasn't posted the Memorable Moments for Sonoma yet. Just wanting to bring this to someone's attention in case it's an oversight.

Has anyone on Sonoma received a 'You Won' email? I submitted one story and since I haven't gotten a 'you won' email I assume I didn't win but I'd like to read my fellow player's stories.
