There are forbidden questions to Developers?

Yesterday I create very simply question to UO Devs about understanding Population column value in Enhanced client.
1. What defines values: Low, Medium, High?
2. How often this column updates?
But my topic was silently deleted!
Why? There are taboo for some questions?

If it was posted to Ask the devs Questions posted in this forum are 'moderated' and only viewable by Stratics Admins and Mythic Developers. They will be be set public only when an answer to the question has been provided.

Its a nice way for the developers to pick and choose which questions they will answer without the whole "the entire community can see that we have ignored this question" hassle. If they choose to never answer your question it might as well have gone into a black hole.

It seems the Developers have been ignoring all questions for the last 6 months. Last answer was from May 31, 2013. Not much point in sending more questions there.

Even the one in May was not answered by a Dev... it was answered by a Mod pointing to other Dev posts. Which IMO is fine, if the question has been answered by all means we can answer questions to where the answer was given. Unfortunately we can even see what questions have been asked and ignored.

The feature fizzled out because there were very few 'how does this work' questions and an awful lot of 'can I have this?' or 'will you change that?' questions. We instigated the 'tweaks and suggestions' sticky thread instead, which the devs read regularly.

Where is the "tweaks and suggestions" sticky thread? I didn't even know there was one, or that suggestions were supposed to be directed there. Most suggestion threads, such as the one fore small tweaks to the CC are still posted in UHall.

I'd hazard a guess at something like this:

Low = 1-5 players
Medium = 5 - 20 players
High = 20+
